We are recruiting:

Administrative assistant

As part of the expansion of our activities, we are seeking an individual who will serve as the right-hand person to our field workers, helping them to increase their impact tenfold.

What we offer:

  • A permanent contract for 20 hours per week
  • Salary according to career path CCT-SAS C4

Required profile:

  • Secondary school or technical diploma Training in administration is an advantage
  • Experience, particularly in the voluntary sector, would be an advantage
  • Good writing skills
  • Languages spoken and written: French, Luxembourgish, German, English
  • Good knowledge of software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Sense of responsibility and organisation
  • Empathy, initiative, flexibility and communication skills
  • Driving licence

Your mission:

  • Reception (in person and by telephone) of users and partners
  • Drafting and formatting letters and activity reports
  • Administrative management and monitoring of beneficiary files in accordance with confidentiality requirements
  • Organisation of the management agenda
